According to Jarren for the Louisauce...
you take a mason jar and fill it 1/3 of Ketchup. The remaining 2/3 is a combined mixture of Steak Sauce (doesn't have to be A1, all of these can be generic brand), Heinz 57, Worcestershire, Louisiana hot sauce, 5-20 drops depending on how hot you want it (this is the only one that I don't think has a generic brand... but it is only like 50 something cents anyway). Then add mustard spice, anywhere from 1/2 tsp to 2 tsp or lemon juice (dunno how much lemon juice). This is to get the flavor right I think, so it depends on if you think it tastes good. Add in your sweetener if that's what you want. Take your pick of honey, brown sugar, molasses. Mix that in 'til it tastes good.
Serve with real BBQ... brisket, chicken quarters, sausage and the like.
